Coffee Bean Subscription
Our coffee bean subscription really enhances the FCT experience. Each month you will receive two bags of coffee to compare. For example, we often light and dark roast the same single-origin coffee. That way you can taste both versions and see how the different roasting process highlight different natural flavors of the coffee. Other months we provide two different coffees from the same origin but that have been processed differently. In early 2018, we compared two coffees from Costa Rica, one that was from the washed-process and one that was honey-processed.
Each month is a bit different so that you can keep advancing your knowledge and always have some new and exciting coffee to try.
We cover a variety of topics that range from coffee production to preparation/brewing, to origins, varietals, roasting techniques and much more. Coffee is a complex topic and The Coffee Lab is ever growing. The more you learn about coffee that more you will enjoy it!
