Light Roast, Exotic: Honduras Santa Elena “Dulce”
Importer’s Tasting Notes: Milk chocolate, honey, peach, marzipan, molasses, golden raisin
Our third exotic and the second Honduran coffee that we have offered. This coffee develops nicely at the 1-week mark with yummy dessert-like flavors. A touch of tannic dryness may throw off some dark roast drinkers but if that is not too much for you this is a lovely coffee.
Dark Roast Coffee: Costa Rica
We have had a 100% success rate with the samples we have tested from Costa Rica and this one is lovely. We had anticipated producing a Honduran dark roast but our shipment was delayed and we substituted this coffee we have had on the back burner waiting for the right pairing to come up.
