  • PROCESSING: Washed

San Marcos comes from a single producer, Rony Hernandez, in San Marcos de Caiquin. Coffee production in this region isn’t just a source of income but of great pride, tied to many traditions. Don Rony picks only ripe, red cherry and delivers it to the wet mill the same day. This lot was selected from the best of his harvests.
